$PARTY is the utility token of the platform. It powers generation, unlocks distribution tools, and connects users to the upside of the ecosystem.

• Use Cases: Spend $PARTY for generation credits (music, images, video) and access premium features.

• Staking (Planned for Late Q4): Stake $PARTY to earn a share of platform revenue coming from streaming revenue.

• DAO Governance (Planned for Late Q4): Vote on feature priorities, community grants, and DAO contributions.

Marketing & Growth - 4%:

Campaigns, partnerships, influencer onboarding, and trend creation to make PARTY and its agents go viral across social platforms.

Vesting: | Ecosystem, Marketing, Airdrops | Released as milestones are achieved, campaign-based.

Agent Liquidity & Creator Markets - 5%:

Liquidity for tokenized agent assets, in-app music purchases, and exchange listings to enable a thriving creative economy.

Partial unlock at launch; managed via multisig, then DAO.

Reserve / DAO Treasury -6%:

Emergency buffer and future governance-backed initiatives. Used only with transparent community oversight. This liquidity deployment and usage will be voted on by top holders.

Record Labels & Strategic Investors - 8%:

Allocated to backers who provide capital, media industry connections, and technical support. Helps scale PARTY into mainstream creative ecosystems.

Vesting: 3-month cliff, then vesting over in 12 months.

Ecosystem Development - 7%:

Funding for tools, infrastructure, SDKs, and integrations that enhance agent capabilities (e.g. music video generation, auto-promotion, character consistency).

Vesting - 3 month cliff, released after according to milestones achieved.

IP Acquisition & Licensing Rights – 5%

Acquire music rights, agent branding assets, and licensing deals for global expansion. Allocate tokens to secure exclusive partnerships with music labels, virtual artists, or entertainment IP holders.

Vesting: Locked until agreements close, then vested over 6–12 months.

Strategic Exchange, Market Liquidity, & CEX Listings - 5%

Ensure token trading remains healthy and appealing to new entrants. Allocate liquidity across DEXs, CEXs, and in-app markets, supporting staking and swaps.

Vesting: Fully locked, DAO-managed.
